The Spike in E-Business

Starting an E-Business is becoming an extremely popular endeavor for many Americans as real jobs and careers continue to be threatened and lost by free trade agreements, outsourcing, open borders, the high cost of operating a business and a poor economy. The attraction to an e-business is the modest control over your own destiny that an online business can provide.

You don’t have to worry about being laid off or fired from the internet at least. And the risks are no different than putting your trust in a brick and mortar business or industry. One of the benefits is that you learn an awful lot about yourself and your true abilities and have a chance to market what you are good at for yourself and not an ungrateful employer. Win or lose it builds character,  strength and confidence and could very well build your bank account!

Many Americans seek knowledge and information regarding the many opportunities an e-business can provide and this is one of the reasons Mindvisionmedia.net was established. Our goal is to help those seeking a different approach to financial freedom or at least a little more control and contribution to their own future. Of course there are no guaranties that starting an online business or adding more e-business to your small existing brick and mortar will be a success, but what if any guaranties do we have right now with our current job market and economy? As more major corporations and companies cry about higher taxes while secretly taking their money out of the country, hiding and investing it in the Cayman Islands and other off-shore investments and banks, we the people are left hanging and footing the bill with American debt and third-world wages.

At least with online ventures the cost of start-up and the reasonable marketing investments are accessible to most. The added benefit is that you now have a world market instead of a limited regional or national market to reach which offers the potential for greater success if you do it right. I have been in 4 major industries in the last 20 years and they all have suffered tremendously, downsized and had wages cut drastically forcing many of us out. One of those industries was manufacturing, one of the hardest hit if the the hardest hit industries in America. What does America make these days besides drugs, bomb’s and bullets?
Imported goods from China and other low-labor-cost countries are at an all time high while the reverse (exporting of goods) is at an all time low! Contracts are made with other countries without a demand for equality and fairness in the exchange process leaving millions of Americans hung out to dry. It is so rare these days to find something in a store that was actually made in America that I find myself amazed when I do. This is sad as the American dream has turned in to the American nightmare for so many hard-working, creative and proud people.

All that to say this; the internet has given hope to many and allowed them to explore new frontiers and reach bigger markets with information (one of the biggest and fastest growing “products”.) American know-how and ingenuity is still a commodity around the world and there is money to be made selling what we know. Affiliate Marketing and Educational Information sales are booming and it is thanks in big part to the power and outreach of the Internet. I am seeing an increase in the numbers of people looking towards the internet not for entertainment anymore but for income!
